We’re actively seeking a Technical Communication Manager to bridge the gap between our development team and our clients. While our engineers are experts in their domains, we recognize the importance of strong, clear communication—especially when explaining complex technical concepts. Your role will be pivotal in strengthening client relationships, improving collaboration, and ensuring our projects start and progress smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews with clients on behalf of our developers to better understand their needs and expectations

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams throughout the development lifecycle

• Ensure smooth project kick-offs by aligning expectations, requirements, and timelines

• Provide technical suggestions and guidance to clients to support better decision-making

• Identify and resolve communication challenges during all project phases

• Ensure client feedback is accurately communicated to developers

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a software development, technical project management, technical communication, or client-facing technical role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to understand software development concepts, tools, and processes

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage client relationships professionally

• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, or related field is a plus
