We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance, maintainable, and scalable applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and industry standards.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing among team members.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring smooth performance across all platforms.

• Participate in agile development cycles, attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to applications in both development and production environments.

• Continuously improve skills and knowledge of emerging technologies and development trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and experience with React.js, Node.js, Next.js, or other modern frameworks and libraries.

• Experience with mobile app development using frameworks like React Native or Flutter.

• Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write efficient and optimized code.

• Experience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
